- A Mobile Locker account
- An email account on Office 365/Outlook or Exchange 2013 (or later)
- Outlook for Windows, Outlook for Mac, or Outlook on the web
Outlook Add-ins don't work for Gmail, Yahoo, IMAP, or POP3 accounts. They only work with Office 365, Outlook.com, or Exchange 2013+ accounts.
If your company uses Microsoft Exchange, you might need permission from your IT department to install this add-in. Contact us and we'll help you out.

On your mac, open Outlook, then select your Office 365, Outlook.com, or Exchange email account.
Click the Store button in the ribbon.
Search for "mobile locker", then click Add.
When it's done, click Get started.
Read the instructions, then click Back.
Click New Email in the ribbon.
Enter the recipient's email in the To field.
Write the subject line and message.
In the message, position your cursor where the links should go.
Click the Mobile Locker Share content button in the ribbon.
Log in with your Mobile Locker email address and password.
Select the files you want to share, then click Make links.
Send your email.
When the recipient clicks a link, you'll get an alert email like this:
Go to the Microsoft AppSource page.
Click GET IT NOW.
You'll be taken to your Outlook web inbox and be presented with this screen. Click Install.
Read the instructions, then click OK.
Return to your Inbox. Click New message.
Click the three dots, then click Mobile Locker for Outlook.
The Mobile Locker sidebar will open. Log in with your Mobile Locker email address and password.
Enter the recipient's email address in the To field.
Position your cursor at the right spot where you want the links to go.
Find and select the files you want to share, then click Make links.
The trackable links will be inserted into the email where your cursor was
Send your email. You will be notified when the recipient clicks each of the links.
