Download and Open a Presentation
How to download a presentation in the desktop app
Downloading a file saves it on your computer so you can access it later - whether you are online or offline.
Your administrator will give you access to different files. Find the one you want to download and click Download.
You'll only see the "Email" button if your administrator has enabled it for each file.
Tap the Open button file.
