Soon, you'll be able to access your Salesforce contacts from within Mobile Locker, and automatically send Mobile Locker activity to Salesforce.com

Over the past few months, we’ve been meeting with customers and partners to solicit ideas for improvements to Mobile Locker. We’re working on a bunch of these ideas, but the most common request by far has been to make Mobile Locker connect directly to Salesforce.com so that a field sales rep’s Mobile Locker activities can be linked directly to sales activity in Salesforce.

I’m happy to report that we’re about three weeks away from launching this very important and powerful integration. With just a few clicks, you’ll be able to link Mobile Locker to your company’s Salesforce.com instance. Once connected, your reps will see all of their Salesforce contacts in the Mobile Locker app, and they will be able to start an “Activity” when meeting with a customer. Then the rep can go about their business, using the app like they normally do in customer meetings and sales situations.

When they’re done with the meeting, they’ll enter their post-call notes and end the activity—all from within the Mobile Locker app. The completed activity will be sent directly to Salesforce, where you’ll be able to see reports and tie Mobile Locker into your company’s sales, marketing, and training processes.

Did I mention this will be free?

We like to keep things simple, and we don’t charge extra for any features or integrations. This will be a free new feature, available to all customers on day one! You’ll be able to connect to Salesforce yourself by following our easy-to-read instructions or asking us for help. Again, for no charge.

What about other CRM products?

We’re integrating with Salesforce.com first because it is the most popular CRM product used by our customers today. Potential future integrations being considered are:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Pipedrive
  • Hubspot
  • Zoho CRM

Let us know if your CRM isn’t on the list above, and we can talk about adding it!
