If you don't remember your Mobile Locker password, enter your email address on the login screen and tap Reset Password. You'll receive an email with instructions to reset it.
If you don't remember your Mobile Locker email address, contact your company's Mobile Locker administrator. If you don't know who that is, send us an email.
Enter your email address and tap Reset Password.
Check your inbox for an email from email@example.com with the subject line Reset Password.
The email will look like this.
Tap the Reset Password button in that email to open a browser, taking you to this form:
Submit the form, and then return to Mobile Locker and log in with your new password.
