Log in to the app

Your Mobile Locker account

Your company's Mobile Locker administrator has to create your account before you can log in. Contact them if you don't have an account yet. If you don't know who that is, send us an email.

The Mobile Locker icon looks like this.  If you see a blue icon instead, you need to [update Mobile Locker first](doc:update-the-app).

Open the app and log in with your email address and Mobile Locker password.

Resetting your password

If you don't remember your password, enter your email address and tap Reset your password to get a reset-password email. If you don't receive it within 5 minutes, contact support@mobilelocker.com.

Possible error messages

We hope you don't have any trouble logging in, but here's what to do if you get an error message:

Incorrect email or password.

The email address and/or password you entered were incorrect. Your password is case-sensitive.

Re-enter your email and/or password, or reset your password.

Too many attempts. Try again in 60 seconds.

You submitted too many login requests so you are temporarily locked out.

Wait and try again.

Your account is locked. Contact your team administrator.

Your account was locked by your team administrator. You cannot use the app or the admin portal.

Contact your team administrator.

This iPad/iPhone is locked. Contact your team administrator.

The device you are using was locked by your team administrator. It cannot use the app unless it is unlocked.

Contact your team administrator if you think your device should be allowed to use the app.

Your team does not have any licenses available. Contact your team administrator.

Your team does not have any available licenses.

Contact your team administrator so they can free up or purchase more licenses.

Your team is expired. Contact your team administrator.

Your team's license has expired so you cannot use the app.

Contact your team administrator.

Your team has been locked. Contact support@mobilelocker.com

Your team is locked.

You are not on a team.

Your account is not associated with a team.

You can't log in to the app because you have the Team Support role.

You cannot use the app because you have the Team Support role. You need to have the member or administrator role to use the app.
